Mijn Klacht:
I’ve ordered boxspring which got delivered broken. Went to the shop to look for solutions cuz had no bad to sleep on with my child. Reaction of the store manager was it’s not his problem and I should send an email and wait. He didn’t show competition and didn’t even try to help! It’s an absurd!!! Left shop nearly in tears hopeless and now sleeping on the floor with my child until I get any reply from klantenservice.
To sell the bed workers were jumping around me and trying to sell extras but when I needed a help been send away… have no words for that. SHAME ON YOU JYSK!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to get my money back cuz am not happy with the bed and unpleasant situation!!
