Mijn Klacht:
I reserved a chair from online shop to pick-up from store. After 1 day I received ation mail I can collect my chairs.
I paid for the chairs to collect in the store. After 15 min of waiting, store informed me that they does not have chairs they reserved for me.
This is very confusing and unprofessional since it was a considerable drive, time and cost for me to get there.
After that I asked support for customer support. They also did not single help to compensate wasted time and cost of their clients.
It is very bad retailer, stay away!

Compensation for online-free shipping.
