Mijn Klacht:

Hi,

I am very upset and I just sent a message to “ziggo.contact ziggo.contact@ziggo.nl” because Ziggo want to charge me 35 € about a service normally offer with the subscription and complain about the method and the non profesionalism of the Ziggo ’s technician.

But Email adress non valid??

I hope that you can do something and to teach your technician about the Relationship with your Customer and to confirm the cancellation of the billing of 35€ for a job not done.

I dont agree with you about your Email, when the technician arrive for the assistance of installation of the package, I was at home,

And he just ring one time and i push the button to open the automatic lock of the door

And I can see him in front of the door with the camera and he didnt push the entrance door and he run away after

I saw him to go and I scream hello to him from the window of my flat but he ran immediately.

So i dont agree to pay the 35 € because when i subscribe the offer with Ziggo in the shop they told me it is free of charge and overall nobody did the work to help me to install the package.

I was verry upset of what happens and I went immediateley to the shop to complain about the method and the non profesionalism of the Ziggo ’s technician.

I hope that you can do something and to teach your technician about the Relationship with your Customer.

So i dont’ agree to pay the 35 € for nothing
