Mijn Klacht:

We experience the same problemes as above. Me and y friends are playing on world 22 in Holland. The mods are clearly in favor of the number 2 tribe in this world (they habe been number 1 tribe for many years). Together with my friends we established a tribe and became number three tribe. After attacking number one tribe they dropped to place 2 and were not happy about it. The started to send messages to support and told them we played in a faul way which is totally bullshit. Without serious investigation and evidence they put a few of us in block and punished them wit 100% deduction and 50% deduction. Of course they did not agree with this but support fullfilled the punishment anyway. We can complain what we want but it seems that this tribe called modus has very good connections with the support of W22. Explainable because many of the players (in the tribe but also in support) played with eachother in other worlds. It seems that support on this world is realli in favor of thisdTribe Modus. When they ask to investigate players then it is done in a minute and the result is blocking competitors. Als we found out that one of the mods in w22 had an account on the same world as well which is in my opinion very strange. Also we found out that our suport requests ended up on the skype chat of our enemy Modus. We would like to put in a serious complaint to InnoGames. We can’t find any contactinformation from InnoGames. If InoGames does not going to help us and do research in these3 kind of faul play, we are going rto request everyone who is playing TW to stop playing this game. We will send out emails, pm’s, facebook etc. to inform everyone about faul play of Mods and InnoGames and urge them to stop playing Tribal Wars!!!!!!!!

Gewenste Oplossing:

Onderzoek naar de verbanden tussen spelers en support. Een support/persoon mag absoluut geen speler of welke wereld dan ook zijn. Het ontslaan van de huidige suport.
