i had wanted to purchase a specific watch advertised through woucher uk after finding the specific one advertised i selected and placed my order through woucher to which they then contacted the supplier kendor van noah and instructed them to send the watch i wanted after recieving the wrong watch i complained to kendor van noah several times a mr eric hesseling at kendor van noah i found very uncooperative in corespondence i got a watch i didnt want returned it and simply want the shiiping charges refunded £13 00 mr hesseling has been i think insulting rude regarding this problem if you could help with resolve i would be extreamly gratfull
