Mijn Klacht:
I have tried via emails and via the telephone contact number (no one is ever available or calls back) to end my subscription but to no effect. Instead I’ve had to pay fines (unjustly as I had already tried to end my subscription) BEFORE I asked my bank to end all automatic payment to Het Parool.
Instead of wondering why I would not pay, I’ve had payments pushed on me. I have had enough. Het Parool is unreachable.
I want my subscription to end NOW!!!!

Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my subscription to end ASAP and I want to be compensated for the unjust fines I've had to pay. Not to mention my stress and time
