Mijn Klacht:
On June 5th, 20.48, I purchased an in-app product (Icedrive) via Google Playstore. The direct payment was directly executed and the money is at Global Collect/Google Playstore.
For some technical reason, the transaction failed and the product was not delivered.
On google’s transaction list in my account, there is no refund option via Google.
Reason: Google keeps saying that the transaction failed because the bank cancelled the payment and holds the money under authorization hold. My feedback that this not the reality, is constantly neglected.
Apart from the clear banking statement, I called my bank. They say it’s a regular direct payment , and the payment is just directly transferred to Global Collect. There no reason whatsoever they cancel payments like this. Google’s systems made a wrong registration.
So Global Collect now has the money and Google Playstore/Global Collect should refund me.
The transaction failed not because of external (bank) reasons.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Swift refund, no more vague complex bs stories.
