Mijn Klacht:
I recieeved an letter from GGN and also an two emails. regarding the disputed payment with a Gym. The send multiple emails to gym to cancel my membership and they never informed me or replied to my emails. Then suddenly i get a big invoice from them demanding money from all previous months. I disputed the amount and send them the email as proof.
I have forwarded the case history and all the previous communication to GGN. But no response so far.
it has been turned into an harassment now. I believe i have no other option but go to police of court to file my complain.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Reply to my objection and agree on path forward in judicial court.
