Mijn Klacht:

I have the participatie verklaring certificate more than 7 months , but the major problem that the gemeente didn’t registered it in their system.

So i applied for inburgering diploma they said that gemeente didn’t registered your certificate of participatie verklaring .more than 5 time went to gemeente but they are looking lost and didn’t know how can they do it or which department must handling this kind of arrangements .
So till today nothing happened.
My complain supposed to be on the burgemeester , because he put wrong people in wrong places and must monitoring the department.
Any way i must applied to permanent residence since last April .and if ut going in the same direction i will stuck in my place .

Gewenste Oplossing:

Till they change the whole staff in gemeente
