Hi team.
I have booked a flight for my parents with trip id 6316812 with Gate1.
Their return flight was booked on 4th December from Amsterdam to Mumbai via Abu Dhabi.
It seems that Etihad has canceled that flight and now I have received a new flight schedule from Gate1 with a travel date of 3rd December.
Based on that now the total travel time is 34 hours and 30 mins, previously it was 14 hours.
On top of that, there are a total of 3 transit changwith too much of waiting in between.
Also some of the country provided for transit and not allowing Indian citizens yet.
My parents are senior citizens and they cannot travel with the itinerary.
I requested them to change it immediately with just one layover.
Please help!
