Really terrible customer service. I had booked a flight to Miami through Gate1 and was supposed to fly on April 23rd. However due to known circumstances (covid) all the flights were automatically cancelled, and i havent heard anything from them. I did reach out via email more than a month ago, and still nothing. I’m really disappointed. I know it must have been crazy busy period for them during these uncertain times, but its been almost 3 months now, and no response whatsoever. I have no clue whether i’ll be fully reimbursed, or get a travel voucher, or….
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'm expecting a refund for my flight!!!
