My FB has been blocked due to a mistake I made in my profile. I’ve been getting a lot of sponsored ads lately using parts of my profile like age and location. That’s why I wanted to change my date of birth which resulted in my account being blocked. I can no longer rectify this because I no longer have access to my account. I have already sent a copy of my identity card twice but remain blocked. FB is important to me, as a disabled person I miss all my social contacts. Can you please undo that so I can get access to FB again.
