Enclosed you will find the official document of our client, which clearly prove the existence of the claim with TID 14775500016200134 from 17.05.2023 – Order from 2023-05-11 on https://www.GibMirDeinHerz.com

Please note, that you have fully consented to the Terms and Conditions stated during the sign-up and subscription processes and have thus entered into a legally binding agreement with the service provider. The respective services were duly rendered, thereby incurring your payment responsibility.

Pursuant to said ToS, you are obligated to cancel your subscription prior to the end of the agreed upon subscription period, should you wish to not be charged additional monthly subscription fees. This is due to the subscription renewal clause which you explicitly agreed to when stating that you were fully aware of and in agreement with the ToS in question.

To this effect, we must point out that a mere lack of usage or interest pertaining to the platform does not legally constitute the willingness to cancel said subscription.

The asserted claim must thus be regarded as fully valid. In order to avoid further costs from accruing to your detriment and any potential enforcement proceedings, we strongly advise you to settle the outstanding claim against you amounting to EUR 141.31 online on https://ecollect.online.

De zaak moet worden ingetrokken. Opdrachtgever Novalnet heeft de zaak via klacht.nl wel ingetrokken, dus geldt dat ook voor Ecollect AG.
