Mijn Klacht:
In juni 2022 heb ik mij bij een datingsite aangemeld, en gelijk dezelfde dag weer afgemeld omdat ik het niets vond. Hier heb ik ook een bevesting van gehad. Aangezien alles opgelost was heb ik alles verwijderd. Ongeveer 2 maanden later werd mij tot 2x toe een bedrag afgeschreven over een site www.RegenboogDates.com. Hier heb ik nog nooit van gehoord. Waarschijnlijk is dit ongezien meegenomen met het eerder afgesloten, en gelijk beeindigd via de datingsite. Ikh heb hier geen toestemming voor gegeven. De bedragen heb ik gelijk bij de bank gestorneerd en een blokade gezet op de bankgegevens van het bedrijf eCollect AG.
Inmiddels verschillende aanmaningen ontvangen van dit bedrijf. Contact gezocht met eCollect AG dat het afsluiten van dit schaduw abonnement niet wettig is. Ook aangegeven dat dit helemaal niet op deze mannier mag. Ik krijg dan deze reactie terug (er wordt totaal niet geluisterd).De email is van 9 september 2022:

Should the requested proof not be provided, the claim asserted is to be regarded as fully valid. Na hulp gevraagd te hebben hoe we dit kunnen oplossen, hoor ik maanden niets. Deze week ontvang ik de volgende mail met een dreiging om voor 10 december te betalen anders worden er stappen gezet:

Graag zou ik willen weten of het allemaal legaal is, en hoe ik hier zo snel mogelijk vanaf wil. Ik heb geleerd inmiddels nog voorzichtiger te zijn met alle dating sites. Maar dit is onacceptabel. Ik lees voor over dit bedrijf en de meesten zeggen dat je niet moet betalen. Dus hopelijk kunnen jullie mij verder helpen.

Gewenste Oplossing:
Het bedrijf achter www.regenboogdates.com heeft mij teruggemaild dat het zogenaamde abonnement is stopgezet. En ik wens niet meer contact te hebben met zowel regenboogdates en eCollect AG. Ik wil niet meer lastig gevallen worden en al helemaal niet deze onrechtmatige betalingen te voldoen.
Ik zou graag een bewijs hiervan willen hebben dat de claim vervallen is.
