Mijn Klacht:

Good day Arriva,

I don’t think is normal that such a train company has sosmall trains driving every day between blerick and roermond.

Everyday I take the train between blerick and roermond and is always very full.
I never can take a seat in the train and I am always standing on the train because is very full.

Veolia always had a bigger train with more seats.

I am paying everyday a ticket to stand in the train I really find it horrible that Arriva does not care this way about their customers.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Every day of the week this happens.

Arriva strives to achieve an optimal service within the agreements with its clients. Unfortunately, there are times that this service does not meet the wishes of our passengers. We therefore appreciate your efforts to inform us.

In your response, you indicate that your train is regularly too full. We have forwarded your response to the relevant department requesting attention. Our employees report the number of passengers in the traffic congestion when there is insufficient capacity and if passengers are left or the train is overcrowded. These reports are read daily. As soon as a fixed pattern is detected in the occupation of a train and there is insufficient capacity, additional material will be used as far as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.
