Mijn Klacht:

I am regular passenger of your service. Monday to Friday I am taking no 9 bus from Bordewijklaan and going to Zernike and return to my home by same route. Today morning I took the bus at 8 am from Bordewjiklaan as well. I was filling my nails and suddenly driver came and shouted on me. As you understand that I am an international person so I do not understand Dutch clearly. But what I understand from his gesture that he is shouting because I was filling my nails in the bus. According to him it is not allowed. That time bus was standing in the Hoofdstation where many other passengers are witnesses for this incident. I am shocked and equally insulted. Please do let me know where in the bus it is mentioned that filing nail is not allowed. If it’s not mentioned then please explain me this bad behavior of your colleague.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Please put a notice board on the bus that what should we do or what should we don't. If you can't do this then please teach your colleague that how to behave with passengers.
