Mijn Klacht:

Complaint.

To discourage lawsuits against her to exert points Domica establishment Amsterdam / Amersfoort Article No. 11 of the management contract between the landlord / owner and her .
This article shows that the Domica administrator can not be held responsible for the consequences of wrongful acts by tenant or landlord liable. Conclusion that zelfsals result Domica gross negligence in the selection of the commission to propose a tenant to the landlord . The landlord is always under its responsibility .
However, in my case was the gross negligence to blame , that Domica came with a Settlement proposal to offset the damage to only 50% . Since Domica landlord continued to hold for the monitoring of the wrongful acts of the tenant given responsibility so seriously Domica Article 11 , mentioned earlier . The arrogance of the settlement proposal reading and signed by me finally show up now that another serious. Unreliable
There Domica the settlement proposal does not allow to check on points of enforceability by itself , as it would to start with a collection agency and its costs. Collection procedure

In short Domica is an arrogant and unreliable business partner for Landlords / owners . And tries to settlement proposals which they post any admissibility gives these do check . She works with Article No. 11 of the management in general discourage whether or not proper grounds lawsuits against her

Gewenste Oplossing:

Required to discharge.

Reimbursement of the total damage I've suffered and disclosure of documents by collection procedure to allow former tenant .
