Klacht: Discrimination and offensive behavior

Mijn Klacht:

I was in the supermarket AH Koog aan de Zaan,I just scanned my shopping with their self check devices,when one of the costumers come over me ,deleted all what I have scanned and told me that I did not scan more then 10 products.I said its impossible and asked her why did she just closed and deleted all my products from the device.She called the guard,he came with very ofensive and rude behavior ,told me that next time I will be not allowed to come in the supermarket….its was more then horrible …I asked for a manager,they tried to get me away.Anyway,after many attempts I succeed to ask for the record from their security camera and ,finally they confessed I am right.I was so stressed that I got arrhythmia and problems with my heart.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like if the persons,who did thus to me get what they deserve because of their horrible and unrespectful behavior.I would like any kind of compensation because of what happen with my heart condition later!
