Khokha op 05 april 2018 over fit for free in de categorie Sportclub/-school
I subscribed in your club for one trail month for Euro 24.95 on 14032018. I was surprised when you deducted Euro 37.45 and when I asked the receptionist she said Euro 12.5 is an administrative cost. I am sorry but this is not acceptable at all. They should have told me then and I have the right to accept or refuse. I have a limited budget and I can’t afford it. Please I need my money back.
I am satisfied when I get my money back.

Hi. We are very sorry to hear that you weren't aware of the administrative fee. Unfurtonatly there is nothing we can do about this. The normal administration fee is 25 euro's. If you subscribed for 12,50 you already subscribed in a period when we had a discount of the registration fee.
