Mijn Klacht:
We ordered an AirFryer on November 25, 2018. When we opened the box
the wire was damaged, so, we returned it unused to Blokker. Since then
we haven’t heard or received any reactions from Blokker’s Customer Service. We planned on using the Airfryer during the Christmas Holidays.
So, out of frustration I called KLANTENSERVICE TODAY. I LEARN THE AIRFRYER WAS RECEIVED and NO REPLACEMENT WAS POSSIBLE.
WHY DIDN’T BLOKKER CALL ME, SO, I COULD MAKE ALTERNATIVE
PLANS WITHIN MY FINANCIAL MEANS?
Gewenste Oplossing:
WHEN I RECEIVE AN AIRFRYER THAT OPERATES AND FUNCTIONS
AS DESCRIBED BY BLOKKER.
