Mijn Klacht:
I am almost 2 weeks without washing machine. I bought August 2023. We are a family with small kids and I am unable to wash the clothes.
They keep on telling me we will contact you and nothing is being handled properly.
Gewenste Oplossing:
They are asking for a serial number which is on the back of the washing machine. We have a dryer on it and it was very difficult to dismantle. We payed installation when we bought it so we do not really how to arrange the opening of the attachment in-between the washing and the dryer. We managed to do that and still they are not co-operative. We need service as soon as possible and they keep on saying we cannot do anything more. The washing machine is 8 months old.
