Mijn Klacht:

Dear madam/sir,
I want to lodge a complaint over coolblue on the ground of misleading and false statements they have made with me. They are deceiving me since last week over the abonnement deal of Samsung galaxy j5 2016. It was written on their website and they also confirmed by writing to me that I could take abonnement with 10.50 euro and they fixed delivery but cancelled it without informing me and when I asked they said that it was our mistake on website which we have corrected now and now I will have to give 15.50 euro per month and for compensation of our mistake we will give you 50 euro gift voucher. Then again the order was made with 50 euro voucher but they have again cancelled the bezorg afspraak which was scheduled to take place on 11-12-2015. They had already made 3 times bezorg afspraak and cancelled. I have already paid the requested amount but they are not completing the order. I have attached the copy of their misleading statements in the bestand below. You are requested to intervene and complete the with compensation.

9 jaren geleden - Dear mister Qadeer, How very unfortunate to hear your order was not handled in the way you could have expected from us. This is not how we usually handle our orders and we would like to apologize for the inconveniences. The reason your first appointment was cancelled, was because of a slight mistake we made. We do not have the possibility to connect the serviceplan for €10,50 each month. That is why we offered to adjust the contract or to cancel the order as a whole. After this, we tried contacting you (today was the most recent time we tried) because of incomplete information on your contract. The information you provided was incorrect and we tried calling you about this. If you are able to send us the correct information today, we will still be able to make an appointment with you for tomorrow. Eventhough this was a really unfortunate chain of events, we would like to ask you to contact us through phone or e-mail so the order can be completed. Afterwards, we will be able to discuss any potential compensation with you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Kind regards, Coolblue

9 jaren geleden - As far as your email to me is concerned you have asked many times and I have told many times the document number and last day I have sent the copy of the document also. You should decide this issue today
