Mijn Klacht:
I have order a samsung tablet from Coolblue. As it was new i did not check it thoroughly and put it in tablet case. I used it for 2 weeks or so but was not satisfied with the performance so I booked a return with the reason that I am not satisfied.
Before packing it for return I decided to clean it and at that moment I found out the headphone jack is damaged/broken. I called Coolblue customer service immediately and informed them about the damage. She said dont worry, pack the device and return it, I will make a note that you informed us.
A couple of days after I received an email from Coolblue that the device has a damage so we cannot return it and only offer repair for a price. I did not accept their offer so the case was put to backoffice.
Today I received a same reply from backoffice that it cannot be returned with a remark that I did not mention damage on return form. It is true that the reason of return was not damage because I did not know about it but as soon as I came to know I had informed them, very disappointing. I would like to have my money back
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied if they return the device and refund the money
