Mijn Klacht:
On Monday, 9th of December, me and my friend were travelling in the morning with the first train from Enschede to Apeldoorn at 4:45. Unfortunately it did not go further from Almelo, because in Deventer Station nothing could go through. We were told that nothing will move in this direction at least until 7:15. Our final destination was Nijmegen, where we had to be at 7:30 to catch a transfer to weeze airport. So we would have gone so: train to Apeldoorn, bus 91 to Arnhem, train to Nijmegen, and we had been about 45 min before 7:30 in Nijmegen. But because the ns trains didn’t go without earlier notification to Deventer, our only option was to take a taxi from Almelo. We got help from a ns worker, who agreed to give his code name for us, which I will better not write here publicly, but can give later. He got us a number of the taxi and helped us on it. The bill for taxi was 203.20 euros, which me and my friend find should be compensated to us by ns. If only we got an earlier notification about the trouble in Deventer, we could have arranged another transport option. Clearly using taxi is too expensive.
We sent an email before on 10. December to [email protected] but did not get any reply. We can provide more proof if needed. We still hope to get a reply as fast as possible to know what should be done by us further.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Money back for the taxi.
