Mijn Klacht:
Good afternoon.
In January i won the price of all my shopping in one shop ca and since that time till now i didn’t received my voucher.
I sent many mails and i even called them but they keep lying to me.
In the Last email i received from them, i was told that in 30 days i will receive it, but now is already one month and a half and still anything.
I’m just ignored!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to receive my winning voucher.
I want to have an answer why I have been lied and ignored for almost 2 months and a half.
And to know if this a fake contest and make fun of people?
