Dear sir, I understand that you worry about the rates and end date of the contract. Conditions contract There is no need to worry. As my colleague explained, we started on the wrong adres and we have to fix that....

Een klant van Budget Energie ontving een bericht van netbeheerder Liander dat er geen contract geregistreerd was in het Centraal aansluitregister, ondanks het bestaan van een energiecontract. De klant werd verzocht om contact op te nemen met Budget Energie om het contract te laten registreren. De klacht is inmiddels opgelost.

3 jaren geleden - Dear sir, I see you recently discussed this with our customer service. When reporting your move to your new adress, the wrong connection was selected by mistake. I understand that you were worried by the letters from the main energy supplier. Fortunately, everything has now been set in motion to rectify this and we are already supplying the correct connection. I assume that this complaint can be closed, but of course our customer service will keep you informed. Kind regards, Budget Energie

3 jaren geleden - Good day, Ref above. We had a fixed contract for 3 years basis energy rate Normal 0.08155 / Off peak - 0.06945. We had a shift of address and same was notified to budget energy . Basis same we should be charged basis the same contract which was valid till 01-mar-2024. However you have given me a new contract for further 3 years and at new rate , which is not acceptable. Kindly amend same basis old rate and revert with revised contract. Thanks, Lawrence.

Geboden Oplossing:

Dear sir,

I understand that you worry about the rates and end date of the contract.

Conditions contract
There is no need to worry. As my colleague explained, we started on the wrong adres and we have to fix that. Therefor we added the wright adres manually and the system send you the existing contract again, with a new fictional duration. Ofcourse you can ignore that. The contract you started on March 1, 2021 is still active with the same conditions. The end date is still March 1, 2024 and the rates are the samen. The only reason you see a difference, is because of the taxes. If the government change the taxes, we have to charge that to our customers.
