Mijn Klacht:
I booked a flight and my ticket is changed without permission. my ticket was from Amman to Eindhoven with a stopover of 7 hours in Rome. But still the stopover is changed to 60 hours. I have called them 20 times to change the booking and each time I get someone who promised a lot and yet nothing fits the ticket. i was 20 days so long until the date of the flight place of but because i have a small child i didn’t go to the flight and because i didn’t book that . I then booked a new ticket that cost €852.35 and additional accommodation costs €230. so far I have € 1082.35 in damage and not on time for work.
I would like to reimburse my damage to avoid unnecessary costs.
