Mijn Klacht:
I recently had a frustrating experience regarding a missing delivery associated with my purchase for almost EUR 300. The company claims that my package was delivered, but they have failed to provide any details about who accepted the package or the signatory responsible for its receipt.
There is no evidence to support the claim that the package was delivered, aside from the status update. This lack of transparency is concerning, as I have not received any information regarding the actual delivery.
What is even more disappointing is that the company has indicated they will be closing the case without offering any supporting evidence/documentation or viable solution or further assistance. This approach leaves me feeling unheard and unsatisfied as a customer..
Gewenste Oplossing:
locating the mssing package (it was ordered as Christmas gift so after locating the package i would like to return the items - already informed customer service too.
