Mijn Klacht:
I have 2 orders (40146243308 and 40059841485) which I need to return back. But I couldn’t return back within the return period because of an unfortunate health issue. I have been a loyal customer of Bershka since years. That is the first time I faced with this situation. It is very sad and annoying that they can not do anything. I called customer service to find a solution but what they didn’t provide any solution. I still want to trust your expertise and focus on customer satisfaction if there is a solution. Otherwise I will be a lost customer from now on after so many years of loyalty.
Gewenste Oplossing:
there should have been an exchange/return option indeed.
