Mijn Klacht:
1. The self service area looks like it was made in the last century. In essence it only shows information. No *quick and easy* way to change address information for example.
2. Correspondence is done only via paper mail.
3. It is not possible to upgrade or take an add-on insurance package throughout the year. Until the end of the year “our systems are closed”, they write.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied if I can:
1. Get my correspondence via e-mail.
2. Can get the add-on insurance (international coverage) that I need.
or if:
1. Avera Achmea allows me to change my insurance to a company that does a better job at keeping up with the development of technology.
