Klacht: received unexpected bills and coins

Mijn Klacht:

1) I bought a Liberation Commemorative Coin on the 3rd of May. I received it after a few days.
2) But, after that, I received other bills. I sent emails and made phone calls to the Amsterdams Muntkantoor company. But, they didn’t answer the phone or reply to the emails. Then they kept sending the bills to me and added the fine. I wanted to finish this, so, I paid the unexpected bill on the 16th of June.
3) But, the thing didn’t end. I received another coin and bill which I never ever bought it! On the bill, I could see it was created on the 23rd of June.
I sent an email to them and made phone calls, again and again, still no one answer the phone or reply to my email.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want them to stop sending unexpected coins or bills! and I want my money back which I have paid at 2). I also want them to delete my information from their database.
I want to ban them to contact me in the future!!!
