Mijn Klacht:
This weekend I ordered snowboots at Amazon.nl. Today, Saturday, Amazon and their delivery service DHL mentioned that they would be delivered today. This evening and the weekend there would be much snow so that was good. However Saturday evening Amazon/DHL suddenly mentioned that they would not deliver the snowboots anymore (delay?). Now they say they think they will deliver them after two days on Monday. If they told it earlier we would have bought Snowboots somewhere else (then we would have snowboots in the snow). We had a chat with Sander of customer service this Saturday evening and he mentioned that this was bad for me but that hey could zero/not do anything for me.
