Mijn Klacht:
On the 5th of March we’ve reported 4 of our laptops to the call center of Toshiba who forwarded the request to the business partner: dynafix. Somehow they forgot the paper works for 2 of the laptops, 1 of them been picked up later on but after 2 weeks of our report we still have 1 laptop in house and it is not our fault. The customer service seems to ignore my emails. Toshiba and Dynafix seems not to be able to fix this issue and the only possible solution to contact is to call their 0900 numbers. We found this situation/handling very unfriendly and not service orientated.
