Mijn Klacht:
We bought a Vespa from La Souris Scooters on the 9th June. The salesman in the Eindhoven shop told us it will take between 4 to max 6 weeks for the delivery of the Vespa.
After making the several follow-up call, we are now told that it can take another 2-3 weeks on the 28th of July. They are also not 100% sure about this timeline. They also said in the conversation that they have 12 weeks to deliver.
Firstly, if the salesman told us it’s going to take 12 weeks, we definitely would not have bought it at La Souris. Secondly, we can’t get a sure answer on when we might receive the Vespa is really unprofessional. This is not fair towards any customer to purchase something under these circumstances.
I recommended that we cancel the order and get a refund on the deposit of 500 euros. It is apparently not possible to cancel the order just because of the delay. And that they have 12 weeks to deliver the Vespa.
Bottom line: false delivery times, no cancellation option and bad service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
We would be satisfied when they refund my 500 euros and cancel this order. We do not want to wait the full 12 weeks.
