Mijn Klacht:
I tried to make a reservation yesterday, there were errors on the app i went to bed and woke up early for the gym as usual with my friend. I try again and encounter the same issue so i decide to go to the gym and contact 24/7 help through the intercom to explain the situation and start our workouts. The woman said it is an issue in their system that prevents people from making reservations. It makes sense that my next question would be can we come inside then? She replies, no because you havent made a reservation… how crazy is that? The system doesnt allow the booking of a reservation so i cant go inside because i havent made a reservation? Just let us in and write it down in the computer manually that we have made a reservation, there is no email about a known issue, there is no social media update over issues, there is absolutely no information given by this company about any issue. So everyone in the company knows people cant come to the gym except the people actually going to the gym? Ridiculous
Gewenste Oplossing:
When the issue is resolved, some form apology is given and some form of compensation cor not being able to use the facilities that i have paid to have 24/7 access to and extra so that my friend can come.
