Mijn Klacht:
I am a student and receive funds from my parents who live in another country outside of EU. After using ING for 1 year, suddenly two transfers from my parents were rejected. The reason that ING provided was incorrect receiver details, although they have used the same information as before when the transactions were successful. D tried to contact ING in office, via phone and chat, and nobody could help me. This is unfortunate and the only thing that I can do is to open an account in a different bank.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would be satisfied if ING explained me why transactions from my parents were rejected. Nobody could explain me this.
