Mijn Klacht:
A couple of months ago, I terminated my contract as I had only visited BasicFit ONCE this year due to the pandemic. I explained that I would no longer be able to pay the fees as I’ve had to take salary reduction and tighten up my entire budget. It was my understanding that my contract had been terminated. I am still being charged. Also – even though gyms have been closed most of the time due to covid. This is not fair.
I originally started my membership on 9 January 2020 and am expected to pay until 19 June 2021?? How is this even possible, as this is longer than a 1 year contract in any case.
I am now getting threatening mails and messages to pay – but NOBODY has responded to me to help with this issue. I do not want to be charged further than January, already that is too long since I terminated my contract months ago.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When there is finally a response acknowledging my termination from months ago and not expecting me to keep paying for a service that is not available.
