Mijn Klacht:

Rofra Home, has delivered a used cabinet in a very poor state. We didn’t accept it and I told them if I don’t receive the new one within two weeks I want to cancel my order. They told me that I will receive it no problem. The week when I should have received it they called me to follow up on my email from two weeks ago. I told them that I already discussed this with them and this week my order should arrive. They hanged up and I received an email that in 2-3 weeks I receive it. I sent them an email, that I want to cancel my order and I want my money back. No response to my email, so 8 days later I called them. They still don’t know when my order can be delivered and I cannot get a ation whether my order is cancelled.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want my money back and I would also ask for a compensation. We are in our new house and we still don't have a big cabinet in our living room. We wanted to have everything organized for our housewarming party, but Rofra Home failed to deliver and they threat their customer very bad.
