Mijn Klacht:
on Tuesday 11-06-2019 i made an order for an Atlantic Home Collection hoekbank met slaapfunctie (Artikel nr.: 70595307). in the description of this article it says that its 24 hours delivery (Bestel vandaag, overmorgen in huis), so normally i should get the couch on 12-06-2019 or 13-06-2019 maximum. then i got an email from POSTNL to choose the date of delivery, i choose Friday 14-06-2019 . as i agreed with my manager to have a day off. on Friday i spent the hole day at home waiting for the couch, i didn’t even went out to get bread from AH because i was afraid that will come in anytime, and guess what? i didn’t even get the couch on Friday neither on the weekend. Which i found really unfortunate and nor professional at all and made me really angry all over the weekend.
I have been contacted by OTTO aftersales offering me a 35 euros discount (9% discount) on the couch which i found unacceptable due to the fact that i tooked a day-off to wait for the couch.
Gewenste Oplossing:
i want the reimbursement of my day-off.
