I had a Dal subscription and paid €74.50 on 15 March to renew it for 2017. I received a letter today from NS Customer service informing me that my subscription was cancelled because they received my money TWO days too late – according to NS I should have paid on 13 March. THIS IS TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS!! What nonsense is this that you will cancel my card because you received the money 2 days later than your rules stipulate.
And then…. I paid €74.50 and the NS offers to reimburse me only €61.61. WTF IS THIS ABOUT??? WHY ARE YOU NOT PAYING ME BACK ALL MY MONEY???
I absolutely disagree with the way in which I am being treated and would like this issue to be resolved.

Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like my subscription to be reinstated FULLY.
If reinstatement is not possible - heaven alone knows why not??? then I need the FULL amount reimbursed.
