This is my first and last time dealing with Blokker.
I ordered a huge amount of good online. I selected to collect it at a store. They instead posted it to me. They did not answer my emails to correct this. Their service desk line is unavailable as they have so many people calling in to complain about different things. it took me an hour through HQ to get hold of someone. that person told me to call Post NL and tell them to change the delivery to go to the Westwijk Branch of Blokker. I called Post NL and they said that this is not procedure and Blokker must write to them. All of them are wasting my precious time.
Gewenste Oplossing:
All I want is to collect my stuff at the Blokker Westwijk
