Mijn Klacht:
I revived an horizon media box but it would not work, so I returned it and asked to go back to the original package. UPC told me I could go back to the old package within 14 days and there would not be any problems. but after I gave the serial number of the old media box, they told me I would not have TV internet for 24 hours for activation reasons, but I am 3 day’s further and still no services. They keep telling me I have to wait but the problem is not been fixed. The customer service keeps giving me other reasons and contradicting each other.
