Mijn Klacht:
Yesterday (20-05-2014) I have placed with Groupon order for Elite Pocket Visco Latex-matras 90×200, and I have cancelled it within half an hour after receiving Groupon order confirmation, because they have provided misleading information.
In accordance to the Dutch law and to Groupon sales conditions I do have right to cancel this within 7 days and they have to pay my money back. But Groupon in its letter has informed me “De status van uw bestelling is inmiddels in een te ver gevorderd stadium, om deze nog te kunnen annuleren. Alle nodige informatie is namelijk al doorgegeven aan het bedrijf dat de levering van uw bestelling zal doen. Indien u alsnog af wilt zien van de bestelling, kunt u direct contact met ons opnemen zodra u de bestelling heeft ontvangen, om de retourprocedure in gang te zetten”.
I have called to supplier of the product and I understood that this information is not correct, that Groupon has received my payment but has not informed Bedmaster about my order at this stage.
My question is why they are giving misleading information and why they refuse to cancel my order and to pay may money back, I have cancelled this order within legally allowed term.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to receive my money back as soon as possible.
