Tijdens een rit met bus 40 van Heerlen naar Sittard op 26 juni 2022, maakte de buschauffeur een scherpe remming bij een rotonde, waardoor de passagier hard tegen de stoel voor zich botste. Dit resulteerde in een gezwollen oog, een gezwollen gezicht en hoofdpijn. De chauffeur stopte niet om te controleren of de passagier gewond was, ondanks dat er slechts twee mensen in de bus zaten.

Mijn Klacht:

26 _6_2022 Heerlen i was today at a round 14.41 uur. In the bus 40 from Heerlen going to Sittard when the bus reach the crossing like round about the bus made a very hard brake which the bus almost fall i was sitting to driver’side i hit my face very hard on a stoel which was infront of me which left me with a swollen eye swollen face and headache .i even schreamd because i was in much pain and in shock but what socked me alot is the driver hé dint even stop to check on me not even asking .we were only 2 people in the bus i was sitting in his side the other passenger was sitting on the right side but hé was oke hé dint hit hemself so i moved next to hem and aske hem why hé cant even say somthing and what hé told me is that if hé dint made a hard brake somthing big could have happen whe hé reached hoensbroek bus station is when hé told me to look at hem and hé was cheking my face and hé told me hé dont know what to do and i was to conect.to another smal bus wich was going to Brunsum because that is where i was going so i aske the driver of that bus she was a woman with small bus and she told me she dont also dont know what to do but she advice me to contact costermer service. The bus wich i was in the time of accident was nummer 40 route to Sittard Number plate was 64BNK.8 the driver was A Indische looking man a bit old.so how can i get healp today is sunday let me know. Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like to know what i have to do which healp i can get because driver dint tell me anything or what to do

I cant understand this i was told to contact Ariva.nl klanten service wich i did and yesteday i got an email teling me that they recived my complain now aM reciving another mail that i have to send klachten in klachten. Nl why i have to send klachten twise you can forward the mail to them .am not only sock from that accident i hart myself am having a swollen face and my eye harts too
