Three months ago, I tried to stop my subscription with Basic fit, but it did not happen easily. I went to the club three or more times, but the machine was broken, and at that time I had to pay only one subscription for the month, and then I tried to contact their customer service, but unfortunately no one answered, then I sent an email and the response was about three to four days later and explained my story They told me that I have to pay through the link. I tried to pay, but the link was not working, so I went to the club after a few days and tried to pay the amount, but it did not work. Then I asked the link to pay via email, but they apologized and asked me to pay through the application, but I did not have an application. I decided to go to the club today, too. The payment did not work. The employee told me that I should call a number he gave me. When I called after many attempts, I answered an employee and said I will tell one of my colleagues to replace you later and help you, but he did not call and now after all this suffering they want me to pay approximately 80 euros and I should have paid only 30 euros. And all this delay because of them and because of the failure of the machines and the lack of good service.
Finaly : my subscription is stopt
But still I can’t pay my outstanding payment .
Gewenste Oplossing:
1- Help me finish my payment
2- I can only pay one month subscription and
I cannot pay the amount of the delay because the delay was not caused by me.
