Mijn Klacht:
On the 29th of September I ordered a book called: De kern van participatief actieonderzoek via Studystore website. The next day I received a package containing a completely different book. I received the book: Corporative Communication: A guide to Theory Practice from Joep Cornelissen.
As soon as I identified this mistake, I contacted the store via their contact number. I explained my situation to the woman, she asked me a couple of questions, as the ISBN of the book I received and she told me I would receive an email with instructions about returning it.
I didn’t receive anything, so I sent them an email asking for instructions to return my book via the Studystoresite, I didn’t receive any reaction from them.
Today I called them again. I chose the option to speak in English and the woman who picked up the phone said that she can’t speak in English, that I should call again. I called again and another woman picked up the phone, who also only speaks Dutch. So I had to call again. So I prefered to try to speak in Dutch.
As far as I could understand I had login in my account in Studystore, and download a return form. I followed this procedure, but it obligde me to select the book I want to return, but on the system I they registred the book I ordered and not the one they acctually sent to me. So I am afraid that when I send it back I don’t receive my money back.
To be sure, I contated them today for the 3rd time, and I had the same! No English speakers, no possibility to transfer to another collegue who does speak English, and no clear information.
I am super frustated with this bad service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to be able to return the wrong book. I don't even need the correct one anymore, because I already bought it in another store. I only need clear information and I need it to be done as fast as possible so that I can receive my money back. I need instructions in English and clear instructions.
