Mijn Klacht:
On 6 of March 2021 I was visiting Ziggo.nl to check the price for the internet connection. Unfortunately. I’m not Dutch speaker, so I made a mistake in thinking that I was requesting price offer, instead the order was placed (contract begins on 5.04.2021). I wanted to get a price offer only!
I tried to contact Ziggo Zakelijk, however was advised, that KPN provider ed the transfer and Ziggo can’t cancel the contract anymore. I’m afraid, that this information is not correct and can’t be that KPN can make decisions for me, also taking into account the fact, that I still do have 14 days as reflection period, also I don’t have infrastructure for Ziggo anymore.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Following the above, I kindly ask Ziggo to withdraw this contract, as I wanted to get price offer only!
