Mijn Klacht:
Though I get a deal from Ziggo with 35 euros per month, because of the misdirection they changed my subscription and the invoice amounts went crazy. They are not able to fix it for 3 months, although we had chatted lots of times and I was told it is gonna be fixed in every chat. So to speak, I am forced to pay amount for one month which is supposed to pay in one year
Gewenste Oplossing:
If my problem is fixed as soon as possible.
