Mijn Klacht:
My contract was cancelled in 2019. Ziggo has been charging me till now (almost 3 years), without sending me any invoices or notes even though the cancellation didn’t go through properly. I admit that I was not the one who really keeps an eye on the expenses and automatic bank charges. But it is injustice that Ziggo could just keep charging even they know that clients are not using their service. Refund is not possible, and I need to pay for the invoices and other equipment which was not used for almost for 3 years.
Gewenste Oplossing:
What I've paid from 2019 July till now (March 2022), should be refunded. Since the service was cancelled and never been used.
