Een klant voelt zich herhaaldelijk gepest door Zalando vanwege problemen met bestellingen. Na een eerdere bestelling van dure broeken die nooit zijn geleverd, werd zijn klacht afgewezen zonder uitleg. Onlangs ontving hij een verkeerd product en na veel contact met de klantenservice werd hij gevraagd een formulier in te vullen, maar kreeg geen bevredigende reactie.

Mijn Klacht:

Hi,

I am feeling very bullied by Zalando at this moment. In May I ordered expensive trousers that were never delivered to me and after going back and forth communication with customer service they ended up rejecting my claim and completely ignored my complains without giving me an explanation. I unfortunately ended up paying 200 euros for nothing as I was not looking for trouble, but I felt very bullied and hurt, didn’t expect this behavior in Netherlands.

Unfortunately, I ordered again with them and couple of weeks ago again there was a problem with my order, so I received a wrong order for pair of earrings and after lot of calls to the customer service they asked me to fill in a form. I filled the form on a Wednesday night and the next day at 9 am they told me they did investigation and there was nothing wrong with my order. Completely ignorant, how could you do investigation in such a small time? Again, bullying customers.

The annoying part is that I sent back the set of the wrong earrings, but they didn’t even report receiving those earrings (stealing customer money). So now they are asking me to pay again for nothing (I don’t even have the wrong earing). I feel really bullied and frustrated at the moment. Someone should take a legal action towards Zalando and stop their behavior in bullying customers.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Zalando didn't resolve the issue for me as I said they bullied me by saying that they did investigation in less than 1 hour and they cannot help me anymore.

At this moment I don't even care about the money but the way they bullied me is causing stress and trauma for me. My desired solution of course, would be to do an actual investigation, and check warehouse to see where are the wrong earrings that are sent back and refund me my money.
